- Includes one weekly pickup and one SWDA-issued 95-gallon garbage cart

Curbside recycling is available as an optional add-on to your garbage service, or as a standalone service in select areas. This includes convenient weekly pickup to help reduce landfill waste and keep our community clean.

FAQs
LATE FEES & BILLING POLICIES
We assess late fees on accounts with unpaid balances based on the billing schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Late Fee:
$10.00 added when payment is not received by the “Late After” date on your bill
- A $10.00 late fee is applied once the due date has passed
- An additional $10.00 fee is applied each month an outstanding balance remains
DELIQUENT ACCOUNTS & CART REPOSSESSION
If payment is not received and the account becomes delinquent:
- Garbage carts may be repossessed
- A $10.00 delivery fee will be charged to reinstate service and redeliver the cart
LATE FEE WAIVER POLICY
Late fees may be waived under the following conditions:
- Customer Courtesy: One-time $10.00 waiver per account
- System Error: Fees caused by billing or system issues
- Extenuating Circumstances: For accounts with strong payment history, subject to approval
- SWDA Discretion: We reserve the right to waive late fees when appropriate
